Bonnie Mullinax Owner and Listing Specialist Bonnie started out in 1988 as a stand-alone Real Estate Agent.  She observed trends, needs and combined empathy for her clients needs with her tough negotiating skills.  Because she understood and still understands the emotional rollercoaster ride home selling and purchasing can be, she fought for the best deal possible for her buyers and sellers.  Bonnie quickly gained a reputation for being honest, hardworking and successful with her clients, and her business grew. In 1998, she added a Client Care Coordinator, and soon after buyer agents and other people in administrative roles around her, and thus The Mullinax Team was born! Today, Bonnie and her husband, Wes, run the Mullinax Team.  She lists homes and negotiates sales, mentors team members, provides training opportunities, oversees the marketing, speaks nationally at various Real Estate events and coaches Real Estate agents.  She has brought her team to the top, producing volume and sales consistently since 2001. Wes Mullinax Business Manager Licensed Buyer Specialists and Subdivision Specialists SUBDIVISION - Grove Park Wes is responsible for developing and refining the Bonnie Mullinax and The Mullinax Teams system and infrastructure. His main job is to help Bonnie Mullinax and The Mullinax Team remain on the cutting edge of real estate by being innovative, while still maintaining efficiency and top-shelf customer service. He helps the group by providing vital daily assistance and is the technical manager for the team. As a finance major the The University of Georgia, a Bartow County resident since 1991, and a successful entrepreneur, Carla has everything it takes to make sure your needs are met. Amanda Broom Closing Coordinator and Office Manager Amanda has been with the team since 1997 and provides overall office support while establishing a central connection to each of our Team Members. Amanda’s primary responsibility is to manage and track each pending transaction to ensure it closes on time with our clients experiencing as little hassle as possible. You can feel confident that the myriad of details regarding the closing of your home from loan approval, appraisal, scheduling termite inspections, utility changes, and coordination with the lender, attorney and the other Realtor are carefully followed. She is your personal contact throughout this entire process to ensure top customer service and a smooth transaction. Ashley Vodics Listing and Marketing Manager  Ashley handles all the little things that make a big difference in presenting your listing to the marketplace. She takes special care in the process of all the listing details and communicates closely with you regarding the feedback on your house showings and the market’s response to our pro-active marketing. She also directs each home’s marketing campaign and oversees our internet marketing campaigns, assuring Bonnie Mullinax and The Mullinax Team's clients that their homes are visible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. She greets clients and customers, takes photographs of our client's homes and uploads those photos to our website, the MLS and various published marketing programs we have in place. From there, she monitors each of our client's specific marketing programs to ensure that deadlines are met and publishing dates are maintained for greatest “For Sale” visibility.
